Concentration training - learning training

Content of the course:


"I learn to relax myself, to increase my concentration and my motivation!" By learning about different techniques in the course.


You will also learn techniques to cope better with stressful situations at school or during your studies. Techniques against exam stress and better retrieval of what has been learned for positive success are learned.


The stress at school or at university can trigger headaches or abdominal pain, sleep disorders, palpitations, tension or fear of failure.


In this course you will learn different methods (e.g. brain-gym exercises, mudra, tapping techniques, ...) which you can easily apply yourself,

to be relaxed, focused and confident
