The stress of work and everyday life are increasing more and more.

Stress can cause headaches or abdominal pain, sleep disorders, palpitations, tension, and much more. trigger.

In this course you will get to know different relaxation methods, which you can easily and easily apply yourself .

You will learn to relax yourself, feel more strength and energy in your body, and live your life with more joy and ease!

Exercises are learned that you can easily and quickly incorporate into your daily routine, into your professional life and into your leisure time, so that you can also apply them!


Particularly  Guided meditations, visualization exercises, relaxing breathing, body tapping techniques, simple self-massage techniques, various mudras, brain-gym exercises, lots of great tips and recommendations are carried out together as well as techniques for relaxation for everyday life and for that  Passed on professional life.


I also specifically address the wishes, concerns and needs of the participants and design my course program accordingly!
